Speed Limit 80 to 85 KMPH/- Above 85 KMPH, INR 500/- Penalty for each violation.
Fine of INR 1250 + damage cost if any forracing, o -roading, reliability trials, wherever they are locations, o cial or not.
Member are responsible for paying all tolls & state permits, Bhoomi Car Rental vehicle are registered with an all-indian Permit, allowing the vehicle to enter any state of INDIA.
Member must inform the Customer support 6 hours prior for extension - *Subject to availability Un-informed extension consider as late fees INR 400 per hour penalty. these charges would be addition to the hourly fee for use of the vehicle. Extension duration should be at least for 6 hours.
Security deposit will be refunded within 7-10 bank working days after successful completion of trip.
If the vehicle is damaged, customer shall be responsible for all such loss and damages and shall pay to Bhoomi Car Rental for all losses and damages to the car regardless of cause or who or what caused it. In the event of accidents, customer liability will be limited to a maximum of Rs. 1,00,000/- The customer will need to pay damage fee equivalent to the repair cost (as estimated by an authorized dealership) and downtime losses (The customer should pay the rent for No. of day's vehicle and any charges should be paid by customer) this is independent of the nature and terms of the insurance over that Bhoomi Car Rental will have on the cars. In case of User negligence /Accident-full cost paid by customer. (Please read and follow point 13 in case of Accident)

Bhoomi Car rental is not responsible for any damage to, Loss or theft of any personal property belonging to user co-passenger or third party regardless of fault or negligence.
In case of loss of document customer will be levied with penalty or INR 15,000/- will be charged as per the Govt it is mandatory for us to keep all the original documents. In case of Loss of Vehicle key you will be liable to make the payment estimated by executive based on the manufacture's prices will be varied.
To qualify for a fuel refund, the customer must provide the vehicle with more than 20% of the starting fuel reading meter. Fuel bills are mandatory for fuel refund the date on the fuel bill should fall within the booking period. Hand-written fuel bill will be considered invalid.
Use of chewing gum, tobacco or any tobacco, in case if pets are allowed inside the vehicle, Presence of sand, excessive mud inside the vehicle. Based on the inspection of the vehicle charges will be said on spot by the executive.
Please recharge fastag using Phonepe/Gpay/Paytm and transaction receipt/screenshot to be shared while dropping o to our executive, kindly note fastag used without recharging will be charged double the fastag amount used will be debited from the security deposit. since fastag is not managed by Bhoomi Car Rental any double charges/toll issues we are not responsible for such instancs. and User failing to share the screenshot to executive, fastag charges will be considered double.
In case of Accident during the trip, the customer must take the Accident Spot photos and immediately notify Bhoomi Car Rental. The customer must le an FIR/GD entry from a nearby police station to avail an insurance, else customer is responsible to pay the entire damage cost.
Customers are eligible to avail I hour bu er time on every booking en time. Post I hour bu er time, extra hour charges will be 400/- Per hour Penalty in addition to the vehicle rent, Un-informed extra hours consider as late fees INR 600/- per hour penalty.
Fuel bills are mandatory with vehicle number without vehicle numbers bills will consider invalid. If any major accident, I shall be responsible for getting the vehicle repaired and maximum liability to be paid which is said by BHOOMI CAR RENTAL depending on the condition of the vehicle, also I shall pay the rent for No. of day's vehicle is in garage, if vehicle is in repair able condition. In case of vehicle accident minor/major, any police case involved I shall be responsible to relase the vehicle and any charges. I shall borne and provide the FIR/CSR copy to the company. Accidents occur (Minor/Major) due to driver's negligence like Drink and Drive, unauthorized - Co Driver I am aware that insurance will not be claimed and I Shall take the sole responsibility for any liabilities to be paid and if any legal terms can be taken against me upon violating the rules.
Before signing this document, I have read all terms completely and I am going to take the car on rent only after accepting all the terms and conditions of BHOOMI CAR RENTAL.
